An early start this morning to get to Southsea just before sunrise.  Was hoping for the pair of Snow Buntings that have hanging around by the sea wall.  Luckily both were still there.  Really nice light first thing - I'm quite pleased with some of the shallow depth of field shots along the sea wall.

On the way back from Southsea, stopped off at Farlington Marshes to see if any Short Eared Owls were about.  Two were there doing occasional short flights.  Managed much better shots than last weekend.

Finally, I don't normally do waders, but here's a rather nice Purple Sandpiper from Southsea.
